DESSERT MENU

Warm chocolate tartlet served with raspberry ripple ice cream and chocolate scrolls

Warm apple and blackberry crumble accompanied by mascarpone ice cream
served in a brandy snap basket

Iced fruits of the forest parfait presented with champagne and mixed berry compote, finished with crème de menthe syrup

White chocolate and vanilla mousse served with pistachio nut praline and tuille curl

Traditional creamy rice pudding centred with caramelised apple

Selection of homemade ice creams and sorbets presented in a tuille cone
with red berry coulis

Ice Creams: Maple and walnut, mint chocolate chip, mascarpone,
caramel, raspberry ripple

Sorbets: Blueberry, plum, pineapple, blood orange, dark chocolate


Selection of Scottish cheeses served with homemade chutney,
biscuits, oatcakes and grapes

Cheeses: Dunsyre Blue, Applewood Smoked Cheddar, Brie, Mull of Kintyre and Aiket


Cheese is available as an extra course for an additional £4.50 per person
