Produced at the Tobermory Distillery, the only distillery on the picturesque Hebridean Isle of Mull. Its name comes from the original name for the area, Ledaig (Led-chig), from the Gaelic, meaning ‘safe haven’. Ledaig, unlike Tobermory, is distilled from heavily peated malted barley, leading to a single malt with a highly distinctive peaty, smoky taste. The result is an intricate Island Malt Scotch Whisky.
Islay

Deep, dry and exceptionally peaty. Probably the most pungent of all Islay malts, Lagavulin is not for the faint-hearted but inspires fanatical devotion in its many followers.Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old ~ £6.50

Cocktails
Martini ~ £3.95
The most commonly mixed cocktail in the world, the martini is truly a classic. Traditionally made with Gin and Dry Vermouth there have been many variations on this classic cocktail. We can do you either gin or vodka.
Manhattan ~ £6.50
A popular history says this drink was created by Jennie Jerome, Winston Churchill’s mother, for presidential candidate Samuel J. Tilden. It has been referred as the drinking man’s cocktail – strong, urbane and simple, as well as the “king of cocktails”. It is mixed from Whisky and Sweet Vermouth.
Cosmopolitan ~ £6.50
Also known as the Cosmo, this drink is made from Vodka, Cointreau and Cranberry Juice with a squeeze of Lime. There are many different stories about where the drink originated but it is considered to have been in the late 80’s. Its popularity took off in the 90’s, some crediting it to the show “Sex & The City”.Daiquirí ~ £4.50
The name Daiquirí is also the name of a beach near Santiago, Cuba, and an iron mine in that area. The cocktail was supposedly invented about 1905 in a bar named Venus by an American mining engineer called Jennings Cox, and the story persist that Cox invented the drink when he ran out of gin while entertaining American guests. We use Bacardi White Rum in ours.
Godfather ~ £5.50
The Godfather is Amaretto and Scotch, on the rocks. One could make the connection between The Godfather movies and this drink which uses the sweet Italian liqueur, amaretto, and the robust, hard flavours of a smooth Scotch.White Russian ~ £5.50
Also known as the Caucasian, this classic has been around since the Cold War era. The White Russian has been named not because it is a traditional Russian drink but due to the fact that the drink contains vodka. Rather it is a pun on the name of the anti-Bolshevik "White Russians" from the Russian Civil War. Made from Vodka, Coffee Liqueur and milk, this is a great after dinner sipper.
