- Thursday 30th December 2010
3:00 - 5:00 pm Relax in the Library and enjoy afternoon tea.
7:00 - 8:30 pm Join your host in the Library for a glass of champagne followed by a three course welcome dinner.
- Friday 31st December 2010
8:00 - 9:30 am Scottish Breakfast served in the Restaurant.
7:00 - 8:00 pm Six course Gala Dinner (sample menu) served in the Restaurant followed by traditional entertainment to welcome in the New Year.
- Saturday 1st January 2011
9:00 - 11:00 am Coffee and croissants in the Library for the early risers.
11:30 - 2:00 pm New Year's Day Brunch served in the Restaurant. After brunch take a stroll in the gardens, or sit by the fire and relax in the Library.
7:30 - 8:30 pm Grand Buffet Dinner served in the Restaurant.

8:00 - 9:30 am Full Scottish Breakfast then depart at leisure or add an extra night if you wish.
