Complimentary Internet Facilities
Did you know that last year, for the first time, the average person in the United Kingdom spent more hours surfing the internet each day than watching television?At Castle Venlaw, we understand the importance of internet access for our guests and for this reason we offer complimentary wi fi internet access to all of our residents.
The hotel has a 2Mbit* wireless broadband line dedicated just for the hotel guests.
| Guest Computer Our guest computer is available from 7.30am until 11pm daily. This machine offers access to the internet and there is even a printer attached should you need to print out any directions or other onward travel arrangements. As a courtesy to other guests we ask that you restrict your usage to a maximum of 1 hour at a time so that other guests can make use of the facilities. It is not possible to install any programs on this computer. |

Wireless Internet Access Guests who have a wireless enabled laptop can access the internet through the hotel's wireless network. Wi fi access is available in most areas of the hotel. |
Please note:
Our internet services are checked on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept in good working order. The hotel staff are unable to help with any technical queries you may have relating to our guest computer or wireless network.
Our broadband connection is supplied through a third party company over which we have no control over. From time to time our broadband provider may have technical difficulties which could result in our internet facilities being temporarily unavailable. The hotel is unable to offer any compensation should the internet facilities become unavailable.
*Although our broadband line speed is 2Mbits, this speed may be reduced depending on the number of users that are using the connection at any one time.
