Fiona Mackenzie, Assistant Manager After completing her hotel management degree at the Scottish Hotel School she was employed as a duty manager at Enterkine House in Ayrshire before joining us at Castle Venlaw. |

Genevra Parker, Trainee Manager Has joined us from the prestigious Gullane Golf Club in East Lothian where she was in charge of the restaurant in the members clubhouse. She is responsible for the restaurant and library bar in Castle Venlaw. |

Head Chef, David Harrison David has worked in the kitchen at Castle Venlaw since October 2003. He was promoted from his position of sous chef to head chef in May 2004, where he has worked hard to maintain our prestigious food standards. He has a great interest in fresh food and is now trying to combine work with the rigours of having a new baby in the house! |
